Once your request is approved, we will process your refund. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used or opened.

Personalized or custom items.

Products purchased outside of the 14-day return window.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

At LustXplore, we work with exclusive luxury resorts, event organizers, and travel providers to offer premium adult travel experiences. Due to the nature of our bookings, all refund and date change policies are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of each package.

1️⃣ Refund Policy for Travel Packages

No Standard Refunds

All travel bookings are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the package details. Each package has its own cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated before booking.

Package-Specific Refund Conditions

Refunds (if applicable) will depend on:

✔ The cancellation policy of hotels, airlines, and event organizers.

✔ Advance notice given for cancellations.

✔ The availability of a replacement booking for your spot.

 

💡 Important: Some luxury resorts, event tickets, and exclusive adult experiences are 100% non-refundable once booked, while others may allow partial refunds or travel credits.

Reason for cancellation

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 business days, depending on the policies of the service providers involved. Administrative and processing fees may apply.

2️⃣ Date Change Policy for Travel Packages

2.1 No Standard Date Changes

🔴 Date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to the specific conditions of each travel package.

If permitted, rescheduling fees may apply based on:

✔ Availability on new dates

✔ Hotel and airline policy for modifications

✔ Processing time and administrative fees

2.2 How to Request a Date Change

To request a change, email info@lustxplore.com at least 30 days before departure with:

 

Your booking reference number

Preferred new travel dates

Reason for rescheduling

Our team will check supplier policies and availability before confirming any date changes. If changes are not allowed, you must either proceed with the original booking or cancel under the package’s refund terms (if applicable).

3️⃣ No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

❌ No refunds or rescheduling for missed flights, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.

❌ Failure to meet visa/travel requirements will result in 100% cancellation fees.

❌ Refund requests after the package has started will not be considered.

 

4️⃣ Travel Insurance Requirement

LustXplore highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. We are not responsible for any losses due to personal emergencies, visa denials, or last-minute plan changes.
